J-Team’s Jules and J-Team Junior, son Jack, have just returned from their annual holiday to the Daishs hotel in Shanklin; another great holiday was enjoyed by all!

Jules writes: “The hotel has such a great atmosphere, son Jack just loves it, room 14 loving referred to as ‘home’ for the 5 days! What more could we want than a cooked breakfast, cuppa in the sun on the lawn, stroll to the beach, cream tea in the local tea garden, and of course a potter in our favorite shops!

We ventured over to Cowes to visit Osbourne House and experience the wonderful sailing atmosphere of the world famous races, the beautiful town was alive with street performers, so we sampled many cuppas outside coffee shops in the warm sunshine. Jack, who is only 5,  thoroughly enjoyed the football club with the staff pre-dinner, and counted down the minutes until kick off time!

Nothing is too much trouble for the wonderful team at the hotel.

You really must take a trip over the water, the ferry crossing is such a great start to the holiday, although next time I will be hopping on a Daishs coach so that I have a break from the driving too!

love to all
